The coach and broker serve complementary roles, both essential for the agent’s success. Your Mentor+ Deal Coach will know if and when it's time to escalate your situation to your designated broker.

Where and for who is Mentor+ Deal Coaching offered?

Mentor+ Deal Coaching is offered exclusively to eXp Realty Agents in Texas at this time. This program provides agents in Texas with advanced transactional support and guidance beyond their first three deals. Expansion to other regions will be considered in the future.

What happens if I need more than the initial 6-hour bundle of Mentor+ Deal Coaching?

Your Mentor+ Deal Coach can be available for ongoing coaching on an hourly basis.

How do I communicate with my Mentor+ Deal Coach?

Scheduled meetings can be held virtually (via Zoom or Google Meet) or by phone call, during weekdays from 12-5pm CST. Weekend appointments can be arranged on a case-by-case basis and at mutually agreeable times.

What forms of payment are acceptable for the Mentor+ Program?

We accept most all forms of credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover), as well AmazonPay.

Are payment plans available for the Mentor+ Program?
