eXp's Mentor program is designed to support new real estate agents through their first three transactions, providing essential guidance and hands-on training. Once agents complete these initial deals, Mentor+ offers continued transactional support to help navigate more complex scenarios and maintain momentum in their growing careers. Both programs ensure agents receive expert advice at every stage of their development.
A Mentor+ coach provides ongoing, advanced transactional guidance to real estate agents who have completed their first three deals under eXp's Mentorship program. They offer personalized coaching to help agents tackle more complex transactions, refine their skills, and build confidence. By focusing on fueling professional growth with proven systems and processes, a Mentor+ coach helps agents develop long-term success strategies and optimize their business practices.
As a team or organizational leader, if you don't have the time to personally mentor your agents, you can opt to support them by contributing to the cost of the Mentor+ program. This allows your agents to receive professional guidance while you focus on other leadership responsibilities. You can choose to either pay for or split the cost, ensuring your team gets the support they need for continued growth.
The Mentor+ program offers comprehensive transaction support for both buyer and seller representation. It includes resources such as consultation checklists, follow-up guidelines, and detailed checklists for each step of the transaction process, from offer preparation to contract-to-closing. Agents will also receive guidance on navigating buyer inspections, listing maintenance, and post-closing follow-ups to secure 5-star reviews and referrals. No, a Mentor+ coach is not a replacement for your designated real estate broker. While the broker oversees compliance and legal aspects, the Mentor+ coach provides hands-on guidance through the nuances of each transaction. They offer support in navigating complex deal details, ensuring agents can manage transactions efficiently while growing their skills. The coach and broker serve complementary roles, both essential for the agent’s success.
Mentor+ is currently available only in Texas. This program provides agents in Texas with advanced transactional support and guidance beyond their first three deals. Expansion to other regions may be considered in the future.
If you require more than five hours of deal coaching, additional time can be purchased in one-hour increments at a rate of $150 per hour.
Scheduled meetings can be held virtually via Zoom or Google Meet, or by mobile call, and are available on weekdays from 1-5 PM. Weekend appointments can be arranged if needed, based on mutual agreement.
